We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹3,000.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD fee will apply. The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Dispatch Within 2–4 Working Days
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days of being placed.
At Zene & Zoe, many of our products are created in small batches, and some are prepared only after an order is confirmed. Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours; however, certain products may require additional processing time.
Customised and made-to-order products may take longer to dispatch. The estimated processing time will be communicated separately, wherever applicable.
Delivery Within 5–7 Working Days
Once dispatched, orders generally take 5–7 working days to reach metro and Tier 1 cities.
Delivery to certain PIN codes, remote locations or areas with limited courier services may take a little longer. Delivery timelines may also be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
