At ZeneandZoe, we offer a variety of delivery options to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery methods.
Delivery Options
Standard Home Delivery
We deliver your parcel within 4-6 business days, excluding customs processing times.
During high seasons or sales periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Please note, Zene and Zoe is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs.

International Shipping Destinations
We are pleased to offer international shipping to the following countries:

Tracking Your Order
As soon as we start packing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing delivery details and a tracking link. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be updated. You can also track your order under ‘My Orders’ when you log in to your Zene and Zoe account.
Online Shopping Outside Your Location of Residence
If you are shopping in a different location from where you would like your items delivered, you can change the delivery location at the top of the webpage under ‘International.’ Please be aware that prices, delivery times, and charges will adjust based on the market to which you want your items shipped.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a package cannot be delivered according to the chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Zene and Zoe. For more information about your parcel, please contact UPS.
Import Taxes, Local Taxes, and Customs Duties
The prices on zeneandzoe.com do not include local sales tax or VAT.
Any applicable local taxes will be presented at checkout.
If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and customs duties upon delivery.
Zene and Zoe does not compensate for these charges. Please check with your local Customs Office for more information.
Payment of Fees
Once your parcel enters the destination market, it will be held by customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (if applicable) will be calculated by the relevant authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached local customs and inform you of any required payments before the order can proceed.
Bank Fees
Please be aware that your bank might add additional fees for cross-border payments. Zene and Zoe does not compensate these charges. For more information, please check with your bank.
